WCW's WarGames matches underwent a noticeable downturn in quality after 1992, but while this 1994 offering isn't perfect (The Nasty Boys are in it, for one), it's still very much worth revisiting. Pitting Arn Anderson, Bunkhouse Buck, Robert Parker, and Terry Funk against Brian Knobbs, Jerry Sags, and Dusty and Dustin Rhodes, it ran for a solid 19 minutes, with the early action providing most of the highlights.

Dustin and Anderson had a particularly enjoyable series of exchanges early on. Arn had turned heel on Rhodes a few months prior, and they fought with great intensity, with Dustin jamming his foe's head between the two rings at one point. Things grew progressively crazier as more wrestlers entered the fray, but that leads to one of the match's biggest problems: the lack of blood and violence.

Such things shouldn't always be necessary, but '94 felt tame as a result of the brutality that had characterised WarGames up to that point. It was still a lot of fun, though, with Dusty Rhodes' late-match rampage a particular highlight. He forced Parker to tap out in the end, bringing his family's long-running feud with the Colonel to an end, and sending the fans home happy.
