We haven't seen too many brainbusters in the WWE over the years although the move has been used for many years in Japan (where wrestlers just love dropping each other on their heads) and is the finisher of current TNA star Austin Aries. It is, essentially, a modified version of your bog standard vertical suplex. Everything is the same apart from the landing: instead of dropping your opponent flat on their backs, you drop them on their head and neck instead. The move, which was used by Kid Kash during his brief run in WWE, is considered dangerous and it is true that the move takes a certain amount of skill to do safely. The margin for error is slim. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXSLo-t_yO4 The brainbuster is a simple but effective move which looks deadly and can be done safely. Some WWE superstar should adopt it.
