1. Sting vs The Undertaker
WWEThis is it: the dream match that has been wildly rumoured and lusted after since the build up to Wrestlemania 30 last year. Sting vs The Undertaker would be a showstopper of a match come Wrestlemania 31 and it would be a fitting end to both men's in-ring careers. Taker's health following his tangle with Lesnar is the only issue here, as he collapsed and was rushed to the hospital following the shocking conclusion to the bout. But the reason that this should happen is simple: The Undertaker simply should not bow out like that. The set up here would be simple: Taker comes out on Monday Night Raw prior to 'Mania and announces his retirement, his battle with Lesnar having taken too much out of him. Cue Sting, who comes out and challenges The Undertaker, saying that he's fought everywhere but never there, on the biggest stage of them all with the greatest Wrestlemania competitor of all time. He then talks The Undertaker into one last match, one for the ages. That's all the set up required. We've all heard the arguments against the idea, that both men are past their prime, but between the two of them, they could work around their physical limitations and still produce the high quality match we expect of The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. The result almost wouldn't matter and with The Streak already broken, it would actually make for a more compelling and unpredictable bout. Disagree? Any you think we've missed? Let's hear it in the comments section below.
