6. Got Some Heat For Not Shaking Hands Properly With The Veterans
A pro wrestling locker room is not like any regular workplace and used to have some harsh and outlandish rules.
While the rules might've eased up over the years, the newcomers are still expected to adhere to some old-school conventions, which include paying your dues and respecting veterans and co-workers. Seth Rollins found himself violating the latter when he got some backstage heat for not shaking hands with the other wrestlers.
It appears the unwritten code in WWE for the wrestlers is to shake hands with their co-workers and veterans every time they bump into each other backstage. However, The Shield, particularly Rollins, violated this code on multiple occasions around 2013 by not shaking hands or not doing it right.
Rollins also got some heat with Randy Orton and The Big Show during this time, which resulted in him being in Vince McMahon's doghouse for a while. However, The Shield didn't get punished on television, but Rollins continued to have backstage heat for some time until things finally calmed down.
