10 Backstage Stories We Learned From Jim Cornette

Now this is some wild stuff. 

Cornette trained Lesnar while he was in OVW, and he assessed the Beast perfectly — a behemoth with a lot of natural, athletic skill, but very little passion for the wrestling business itself. Cornette and Lesnar didn't get along famously, but things came to a head when Lesnar was scripted to press slam Synn, Cornette's girlfriend at the time (and current wife).

Up until that point, Lesnar, who Cornette evaluated as a "college jock," had respected Cornette. But that night, Synn had specifically told Lesnar to be careful about her 'nether regions,' which she just had just gotten pierced. Lesnar ignored that, and squeezed hard. He then cursed out Synn backstage, and hilarity ensued. Gun beats fist, every single time.
