10 Baffling WWE Creative Ideas Fans Still Can't Work Out
6. Reigns Gets An Attitude Adjustment
Remember when Roman Reigns was being cheered like crazy, as fans couldn't wait to see him win the 2014 Royal Rumble match? Fast forward only one year, and those same crowds of people were tripping over one another to show their collective displeasure at the same guy being shoved down their throats. Many have pointed to the idea that Reigns has been given too much too quickly, but the fact is that he's been around the WWE main roster for a few years now, and has shown glimpses of having potential to be a top star. Unfortunately, instead of rolling with what fans like about the guy, his genuine ass-kicker look, big power moves and natural likeability, the writing staff seem desperate to turn him into John Cena-lite. Shockingly, this isn't working, and the hammy promos Reigns is being handed - along with his unconvincing delivery - isn't doing it for anybody. Fans are confused, and have already started to turn on someone WWE hope can lead them into the future. If the worm turns completely, there may be no going back. Roman Reigns should not be like John Cena, and vice versa.
