5. Vs. Kurt Angle - Smackdown (September 18 2003)

The final WWE chapter of Angle-Lesnar was their Ironman on the September 18 Smackdown. It was a good match, not the greatest Ironman of all time, but still one of the more memorable bouts of that era.

What made it special was that it was only the third one hour long Ironman match in WWE history, and it was taking place on television. However, Smackdowns ad breaks did end up breaking the flow and hurt it somewhat.

Still, this was a very good contest, a great show of pro wrestling. Lesnar held on to win 5-4, surviving a final ankle lock in the last seconds of the match, thus becoming WWE Champion once again.
