7. Christian vs. Edge - Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match (No Mercy 2001)
Christian turning on Edge after Edge won the King of the Ring in 2001 was one of the more entertaining heel turns of the Attitude era. The one-man "Con-chair-to" heard 'round the world started an entertaining feud between two of the company's most popular babyface performers that culminated in a ladder match at No Mercy 2001. Insofar as a match that is great by itself, this stands the test of time. However, what's even greater about this match is that it successfully re-brands both Edge and Christian as brand new and refreshed characters for their then WWF futures.
