4. Christian vs. Rob Van Dam - Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match (Raw, September 29, 2003)
Real heads know that one of the top five matches in Monday Night Raw history is Christian's Intercontinental Championship ladder match with Rob Van Dam from September 29, 2003. At this point, Van Dam had likely had as many awe inspiring moments in two years in the WWF as he had in five years in ECW. The level of death-defying spots in this one is obviously quite high. Of course, as with many matches in Christian's career, he was in the loss column, but the level of performance given by Christian is quite high. As a great example of how Christian excelled on any and every level of the card and in situations where "show-stealing" matches weren't exactly expected, this Raw match is an exemplary reminder of that fact.
