10 Best Ever TNA Bound For Glory Matches

4. Amazing Red Vs Christopher Daniels Vs Suicide Vs Alex Shelley Vs Homicide Vs Chris Sabin - BFG 2009

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83pFrU191UE One of the most awe inspiring opening matches in TNA history, the Ultimate X match absolutely electrified the fans in Irvine California. Originally supposed to be a fatal four way X match to determine the number one contender to Reds title, TNA decided to throw the Champ into the match and make it for the belt. On the night of the event, Pope D'angelo Dinero withdrew for personal reasons and TNA promoted both the Motor City Machine Guns to the Pay Per View to take his place. This one was always going to be crazy. Opening with spectacular dives, Red delivered a hurricanranna to Daniels from the top rope to the other four competitors on the floor. The Guns performed several of their lightening quick double team moves and the veterans Daniels, Homicide and Suicide (Frankie Kazarian) scaled the cables like pros. There was a very scary moment though when Daniels attempted a flatliner while sitting on top of the cables. The disgusting landing and genuinely scared reaction from the announcers, took fans out of the moment as there was genuine concern for Daniels. Therefore few fans noticed or cared when Red snuck in and grabbed the title for the win. Mercifully though, Daniels was okay and looking back the spot somehow adds to the matches appeal.

As a wrestling fan I've flown across the Atlantic for the last five years specifically to attend WrestleMania (28 and 30) as well as TNA, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and most recently PWG. I may have a problem! But if you're reading my work then you probably love wrestling too, so lets focus on that!
