4. Go Shiozaki Vs. Nanae Takahashi (Endless Summer '18)

If there's one thing Pro Wrestling NOAH traitor-turned-legend Go Shiozaki has never been known for, it's a soft touch between the ropes.

SEAdLINNING founder Nanae Takahashi learned this the (literal) hard way when Shiozaki pulled no punches in their brutal showdown back in September 2018. More than holding her own, Takahashi pilloried her foe with stiff chops and elbows in what amounted to an angry, sadistic sprint.

By the end of the bout, both combatants were in dire need of a good ice bath. While the intense, hard-hitting action wowed audiences, the match is marred by a grim botch that broke a few of Takahashi's teeth. Shiozaki threw one of his signature dropkicks and brutally connected with his opponent's grill, shattering it in the process.

While the general recklessness and lack of safety was a poor call from both seasoned stars, the match's storytelling and work rate are nothing short of exceptional. The attention the match garnered proved to be a worthwhile boon for the SEAdLINNING promotion as well, which has frequently struggled to assert itself in a women's wrestling market utterly dominated by Stardom.
