While Finn Balor's "Demon" persona appears to have been put on the backburner since he returned to NXT, it's always been a highlight of his in-ring persona and something he's been making use of since his days competing in Japan (in fact, it went a long way in putting Prince Devitt on the map).

Before arriving in WWE, Balor was able to channel some of his favourite comic book characters, including Spider-Man villain Venom. Of course, it's not the only time the Irish wrestler has paid homage to the Marvel Universe because he's also used body paint to transform himself into Anti-Venom, Carnage, and the Scarlet Spider.

Balor has certainly continued paying homage to Venom in the years which have followed, but his designs were perhaps at their best when he was over in the Far East. It's no secret that he's a big LEGO fan, but it seems he's into comic books as well, and that's influenced the "Demon" on more than one occassion over the past few years!
