Sasha Banks and Bayley might have the more storied NXT rivalry, but it’s impossible to overlook the quality of The Boss’ May 2015 clash with Becky Lynch. NXT’s Four Horsewomen (rounded-off by Charlotte) have produced some of NXT’s finest matches, and this ranks near the top.

This was Becky Lynch’s coming-out party. She’d spent months playing the role of Sasha’s sidekick, but finally grew tired of standing outside The Boss’ spotlight in the lead-up to the event. At Unstoppable, Lynch was out to prove a point to her former ally, and she fought with a passion and vigour fans hadn't yet seen from her. Becky emerged from this match as a knock-down in ring performer, a flawless technician, and a surprising powerhouse.

It was Sasha who walked away with the victory, though. After a long period of arm work from both competitors, Sasha caught her opponent in the Banks Statement for the tap-out, and a successful title defence. It was the match of the night, a MOTY candidate, and a spectacular display of both wrestlers’ abilities.

Becky lost, but she looked every bit like a superstar in the making. She continued selling the agony of defeat long after Banks had disappeared to the backstage area, and walked-out of Full Sail University with a won-over crowd singing along to her entrance music. A true star-making performance.
