10 Best Matches In WWE TLC History

The 10 best matches in Tables, Ladders, Chairs (no stairs) history.

Another year has passed in the crazy world of WWE, and we have just one special event left before the clock turns to 2016. TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs is that very event, and 2015 will represent the 7th edition of the show. Last year the name was amended to include the stairs, but that experiment only seemed to last a single year. The show itself has something of a sketchy history, however. There have been a number of absolute classics at the event, to go along with a number of total duds. Last year in the aforementioned stairs match Big Show bested Erick Rowan in a bout nobody wants to remember any time soon. Kevin Nash was decimated by Triple H in a sledgehammer ladder match in 2012, a year where Nash had no business being in a WWE ring. Still, six years means a lot of matches, and there have been some fabulous ones at the event...

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
