10 Best Non-Chamber Matches In WWE Elimination Chamber History

7. Big E vs. Jack Swagger (2014)

This Intercontinental Championship match was only fought one year ago, but it's amazing how different the landscape is for these guys today.

Big E was champion, having won the title off of Curtis Axel three months prior. Swagger was slowly winning the crowd over as part of the Real Americans, along with his partner Cesaro and their manager Zeb Colter.

Zeb Colter came to the ring on this night and told the crowd that he figured out what the 'E' in Big E stood for: Enough. After constant immigration issues and a recent polar vortex he had finally had enough of Big E's IC Championship reign. Those issues aren't even related but Zeb is awesome so we'll allow it.

There's nothing quite like when two hosses who are gifted athletically step into the ring and that's just what this was. Big E's spear through the ropes to the outside was a fairly fresh spot at this point and he got a "Holy S***" chant when he did it to Swagger.

While in the Patriot Lock for a second time, Big E was able to make his way onto his other foot to strike Swagger with an Enziguri kick. This set up The Big Ending for the win.

The other Real American, Cesaro, would compete inside the Elimination Chamber later that night. This was a great time for America in general.
