Probably the best line of the night though came from perhaps the most genuinely disliked character of them all—the Big Show.
Regardless of your thoughts on the World’s Largest Athlete, it’s difficult to argue that he wasn’t entertaining in his Last Man Standing match with Reigns. After being hung up on the top rope and causing Reigns himself to corpse after his ridiculously over-the-top cry of pain, Show thought he’d share his humour with the JBL and co. at the announce desk.
When clearing the area, he took a quick peak at the nearby notebook, before demanding to know “who said Big Show needs to lose weight?”
Clearly an ad-libbed line, this was a timely reminder as to why Big Show remains a valuable asset to the WWE. No matter how dull his in-ring style may be, he still has what it takes to leave his mark on the show in some way or another. Maybe he shouldn't retire just yet...
