10 Best Pop Culture-Inspired Wrestling Attires

9. Stardust - Mr. Sinister

As Stardust, Cody Rhodes has morphed into a comic book-style supervillain, so why not take inspiration from some of the classics? While taking a break from antagonizing Neville, Stardust acquired a collar-and-cape combo that was clearly inspired by X-Men villain Mr. Sinister.

Just as Mr. Sinister has an unhealthy obsession with Scott Summers, Stardust seems to be fixated on "The Man That Gravity Forgot." Of course, as Rhodes - who once sported a Legend of Zelda Triforce on his boots - is clearly a fan of genre culture, there are undoubtedly other super villains from whom he can take a cue. Perhaps a Doctor Doom-style cloak will be next, or even an Apocalypse-based suit of armor to tie in with next year's X-Men film?

The possibilities are endless, and just as Rey Mysterio once became known for his superhero looks, perhaps Stardust can do the same for villains.
