10 Best Potential WrestleMania 33 Matches For Goldberg
5. Dean Ambrose
Dean Ambrose's character, the hard-fighting, unorthodox underdog, has reached it's "best before" date - Ambrose won, then lost, the WWE World Championship. There's nothing left for him to do as a face, and so it's time for him to become the most vicious heel in WWE.
It's been a long time since Ambrose was a heel, and he's never had a singles run as a bad guy. There's no doubt he could hit it out of the park, fully embracing the crazy, violent attitude that made him the early standout of The Shield.
That attitude - and Ambrose's general unpredictability - would make him a very interesting opponent for Goldberg, especially in a no disqualification match. Ambrose was in a similar position with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 32 and that bout was a disappointment, but it's hard not to feel like Ambrose (the character, of course) was holding something back.
As a heel, pure, unrestrained Ambrose would give Goldberg all of the fight he could handle - and even if "Da Man" came up victorious, he'd still know that he had been through a war with "The Lunatic Fringe."
