10 Best Real Life Husband And Wife Teams In WWE

4. The Undertaker And Michelle McCool

Not once has it ever been acknowledged on WWE programming that Undertaker and Michelle McCool are married. Still, they have created legacies for themselves that help them rank among the best male and female wrestlers of all-time. The Undertaker is the most enduring character in WWE history. A relevant main event competitor nearly his entire 24-year career, the Dead Man has accomplished every major feat there is to accomplish in WWE. He won heavyweight championships, wrestled the top stars in the industry and won 21 straight WrestleMania matches. He is the most respected Superstar in the company and one of the greatest Vince McMahon's promotion has ever produced. The aura surrounding the Undertaker captivated audiences across the globe and made the character a must-see one, regardless of whether business in WWE was up or down. Cloaked in back and accompanied to the ring by his manager, Paul Bearer, Undertaker laid waste to the likes of Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, The Rock, Kane and Triple H en route to becoming a future Hall of Famer. His last loss, a stunning one to Brock Lesnar this past April, may have been his final match. Michelle was a Diva Search competitor who had no right to be as good as she ended up being. After all, she had no wrestling experience when she entered the business. Like every other girl in the competition, she was a model, not to mention a school teacher, and was looking for a quick payday. Unlike some of her fellow contestants, however, Michelle devoted herself to becoming better and she did just that. From 2007 until 2011, she consistently grew as an in-ring performer and by the time she partnered with Layla in LayCool, was arguably the most complete performer on the entire Divas roster. She had very good matches with Melina, Beth Phoenix and Mickie James and wrestled a style completely different from that of the rest of the women. In 2011, with injuries and burnout mounting, she left the company and has remained at home, enjoying life with her husband. They have a daughter together.
