Chris Jericho is a transcendent performer whose ability to keep himself relevant through constant reinvention is unparalleled, and while still a headliner today, his career's defining moment came back in 2001.

The Invasion was over, but WWE still had both theirs and WCW's respective World Titles on their books. Thus, they held a four-man, one-night tournament to merge the belts and crown one unified Undisputed Champion. Jericho was drawn against WCW Champion The Rock, and if he won, he'd face one of Kurt Angle or Steve Austin in the final.

'Y2J' did win, and while he needed Vince McMahon's distraction to get the job done, he ultimately pinned 'The Great One' following a Rock Bottom. This technically makes Jericho the last ever WCW Champion, though his reign lasted less than an hour, as he met 'Stone Cold,' his WWE counterpart, in the final.

The match actually saw Chris tap to his own Walls Of Jericho, but the referee was out. This allowed Booker T to interfere, Jericho to make the recovery, and a revived Earl Hebner to count the three. Not only had he defeated Attitude's two biggest stars in a single night, but in doing so, he became WWE's first ever Undisputed Champion.
