10 Best Survivor Series Elimination Matches
9. The BodyDonnas Vs. The Underdogs (Survivor Series 1995)
The Match: The BodyDonnas (Skip, Rad Radford, Dr. Tom Prichard and 1-2-3 Kid) vs. The Underdogs (Marty Jannetty, Hakushi, Barry Horowitz and Bob Holly)
This is another totally unassuming opener that pretty much stole the show, and perhaps the most memorable part of it is that this is a brief period where Sean Waltman (as the 1-2-3 Kid here) actually had legit heat from turning on Razor Ramon during the previous Raw, rather than the infamous "X-Pac heat" he's so associated with these days.
Kid, Skip, Marty Jannetty and Barry Horowitz all did great work, with Horowitz playing up his brief jobber glory perfectly, and Jannetty nailing a savage top-rope powerbomb on Skip that's quite unlike anything the company was showing off at the time.
The ending was incredibly predictable (Sid interferes to help Kid win) as were most of the other eliminations, but it gave Kid the boost he needed career-wise, and the rest, as they say, is history.
