The Match: Strike Force (Tito Santana and Rick Martel), The Young Stallions (Paul Roma and Jim Powers), The Fabulous Rougeaus (Jacques Rougeau and Raymond Rougeau), The Killer Bees (Jim Brunzell and B. Brian Blair), and The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and Dynamite Kid) vs. The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart), The Islanders (Haku and Tama), Demolition (Ax and Smash), The Bolsheviks (Nikolai Volkoff and Boris Zhukov), and The Dream Team (Greg Valentine and Dino Bravo)

The first ever Survivor Series PPV also introduced the 10-on-10 match to audiences, and showed how brilliantly effective and exciting these matches can be when the WWE actually has a decent pool of tag teams to draw from (aside from The Bolsheviks, who were gracefully eliminated first).

Probably the most memorable thing about this match is that it ended with the Killer Bees and Young Stallions as the survivors, rather than any of the three other much better-known teams. Hell, Killer Bee Jim Brunzell even got the honour of pinning Bret Hart.

It all worked organically enough, though, and transcended any potential shock value accusations. An absolute clinic as far as tag wrestling on an epic scale goes.
