When Edge went down with a torn Achilles tendon during his reign as a Unified WWE Tag Team Champion, his partner Chris Jericho was given the opportunity to select his new co-champion. Fans hoped a hot young star would get a rub from performing alongside Jericho... and they were instantly disappointed when Y2J picked The Big Show.

The Big Show, getting a heel push and a tag team championship? It had been done. Still, Jericho was in the midst of a career-defining run as the company's top villain, and he could be counted on to carry the tandem. As their run went on, though, something curious happened - The Big Show began to excel. For the first time in what seemed like years, "The World's Largest Athlete" had undergone some character development. He wasn't tearing the house down in incredible matches, but by adopting some of Jericho's ultra-serious personality, he became more compelling.

The tandem didn't last much longer than their tag team championship reign, but their chemistry - and their mash-up theme song - have given them a place in history.
