When he wants to be, Randy Orton can be a great babyface or a truly exceptional heel. For as long as the Viper has been lacing up his boots, though, this has of course often come down to whether or not Randal Keith could be arsed to go the extra yards on a given night.

Back in 2013, the villainous Orton found himself in a strained working relationship with Team Hell No, which ultimately led to a slew of matches against Daniel Bryan - complete with Randy cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase at that year's SummerSlam to take Bryan's WWE Title that he'd just beaten John Cena for.

Two months prior to SummerSlam, the 17 June episode of Raw saw Orton and Bryan doing battle in a No DQ contest. While this match was announced as No DQ, took place under No DQ rules, and was unequivocally, undoubtedly, absolutely 100% a No DQ contest, one fan in attendance hadn't got the memo.

As Orton unloaded some kendo stick shots on his opponent outside of the ring, said fan screamed for the referee to ring the ball. For this fella, he thought the use of a weapon should mean an automatic disqualification for the third-generation star.

Not missing a beat, Randy berated this fan's lack of awareness, screaming at him that it was a No DQ match and then blaming this fan for the back suplex through a table he was about to nail Bryan with.
