10 Best TNA Theme Songs Ever

7. James Storm - “Longnecks And Rednecks”

I don’t like country music at all. So personally, this song is a mild form of torture to me. But I’ve heard rumours that there are a lot of people out there who do like this style of music, and this sounds like a competently made entry in the genre.

Ever since James Storm broke out on his own, he needed a tune to go along with his brawling and heavy drinking ways. TNA got to work and cranked him out a pretty good one in short order. To use the old joke, there’s nothing in this country song about a dog dying or a pickup truck, it’s just about beer and kicking ass. Fits The Cowboy well.

Fun fact: this theme was co-written by Dixie Carter’s husband Serg Salinas. And if you’re like me, and don’t really care for the song, well, sorry...about your damn luck! So uh...maybe just listen to a different song instead.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
