Maybe Rock's autumn involvement isn't even going to be about setting up Mania, maybe he'll be in to set up a match for the immediate future. If WWE are feeling really bold, they'll cough up the cash and have The Great One wrestling in the main event of Survivor Series. It would be a major boost for both Raw ratings (on the go-home and post-Raw) and WWE Network subscriptions. The Rock is the kind of act who will add significant subs to the Network. Plus, Survivor Series needs him. WWE are perhaps going to be without Lesnar, Undertaker and Cena in November. A star of Rock's magnitude would fill the gap. As for who he could wrestle in the Survivor Series main event, any heel could fit the bill. Kevin Owens perhaps? Rock could draw against anyone. What could even happen is he teams with Roman Reigns against The Wyatt Family - that way Reigns gets a rub.
