3. Human Torch Match

Just a month before the Graveyard Match, Vampiro took on Sting in a Human Torch Match at The Great American Bash 2000. Unfortunately, it wasn't a contest to see who owned more Fantastic Four comics; like the Inferno Match, it was about setting one's opponent on fire, and like the Graveyard Match, WCW put a unique spin on it.

At the beginning of the match, Sting appeared on top of the TurnerTron with a torch, telling Vampiro that he'd have to meet him up top to fight. Vampiro did, and they fought on the screen, then down to the ring, and finally up the screen again. Nobody really remembers that, but everyone who saw the bout remembers the ending.

Sting ducked out of view of the camera, allowing a stuntman dressed as the former WCW Champion to take his place. Vampiro then took the torch and lit "Sting" on fire, and the flailing Stinger fell off of the 'Tron, crashing to the entrance stage in a blaze.
