4. Full Nelson (Bobby Lashley)

A bit of a different one coming in at number 4, in that it doesn't make much of a noise and has been a tool in a few wrestlers' arsenal since wrestling began. But that's exactly what makes this move so impressive. It's old and used, but because of Lashley's enormous size and the way he throws his opponent's body around the ring like a rag doll, he makes the move look horrifying and like it really flipping hurts.

You could easily be convinced that some of his victims really do fall unconscious when subjected to the torture. It's like fighting a bear: play dead and hopefully he'll let you go.
