It obviously isn't the right way to judge professional wrestlers, but as of right now Lashley has a 5.77 rating on Cagematch.net. That is lower than Summer Rae, Super Calo and Buddy Murphy, for those who care. This is utterly ridiculous

Another week of TNA putting on a good show was highlighted by another fantastic match featuring Lashley and the X Division. Many times in the past TNA has attempted to push a big man as a dominant X Division Champion, and for the first time since Samoa Joe's reign over a decade ago it is working.

Lashley has been one of the high points of TNA all year, and at this point in the game truly looks like the dominant force he could be. He defended the X Division Championship against DJ Z in a ladder match this week, and what a match it was.

It did everything such matches should do. DJ Z looked like a star throughout, and this could very well end up as a career-making performance from the former Zema Ion. Lashley didn't lose anything in such a close match either, looking truly bad ass and like a champion willing to take on all challengers.

Lashley won the match and rightly so. When someone eventually beats him for the title down the line that person should get one hell of a rub, unless TNA reverts to old form and has that man be Jeff Hardy or something.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
