7. Kevin Owens vs. Samoa Joe (NXT)
Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens in a WWE ring is a big money matchup. At NXT this past Wednesday, that was the main event of the night.
The actual match was a little reserved. While there was plenty of action, they purposely slowed it down with several minutes of chinlocks in the middle of.
That didn't stop the amped up crowd as funny chants of "Chinlock City" were heard. They appreciated seeing these two lock up in the ring and were going to enjoy it...even if it was just a setup for future encounters.
The match was eventually stopped altogether as Owens and Joe took their brawl out of the ring, destroying themselves and anyone else that tried to stop them. The massive group of people who stood between them were minimally successful in their attempts as these two aggressive men brought the tumult.
This match wasn't a classic by any means but the show closed with a feeling of anticipation for when they have their next match. Joe and Owens will step in the ring again and it will be a war.
