10 Best Wrestling Tag Teams Of 2019 (So Far)

7. Street Profits

Over huge during their Tag Team Title victory at NXT TakeOver: XXV, Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford earned that electrifying pop by rising up the ranks on the developmental brand very much in the way most talents on the show used to have to do.

Grafting in the gutter with The Forgotten Sons et al, Street Profits were only in position to reach for the stars after the main roster robbed The War Raiders, but looked remarkably at ease with their own bizarre call-up a few months later.

Bewilderingly positioned as WWE hype men on Raw, it's unclear how exactly the pair will be used on television for the next few months, particularly if they're not permitted to continue their duties on NXT. The black-and-gold brand could do without its doubles champions getting poached (and rather rapidly devalued) yet again in 2019, and sadly, there's greater precedent for palliative measures for such performers rather than any sort of patience and proficiency.

Solo cups got EC3 over for the first time in his run though - there may yet be miracles as disposable as the containers themselves circling around the bottom of the beer.
