10. WWE United States Title
In 2003, WWE decided that Smackdown needed a secondary title for the World Heavyweight Championship, similar to how the Intercontinental belt played second-fiddle to the WWE Title on Raw. Thus, the WWE United States Title was born, with the company claming that the belt held the same lineage as the one used in the NWA and WCW. Older fans have argued about the validity of this claim, but the fact remains that WWE's US strap is a beautiful piece of handiwork. Colourful and vibrant, it's definitely one of the better belts to come out during the period it did, and has enough of an individual style to distinguish it from other titles. Nowadays, the US Title doesn't mean a great deal, but it has hosted some memorable matches in WWE, such as the final to crown the first WWE US Champion, culminating in a great match between Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit at Vengeance, 2003. Similarly, Benoit had a well-received 'Best Of 5' series with Booker T in 2005-2006 over the title, but it hasn't quite reached those heights since. The famous colours of the US flag adorn the title's main faceplate, with the Statue Of Liberty being featured on either side. The US Title has been a favourite amongst people who buy replica belts, and it's not hard to see why.
