As one of the last preservers of kayfabe, he's notoriously apprehensive about appearing in front of the cameras and doing publicity. That makes this moment all the more shocking and hilarious. I especially like how the Tonight Show imported all of the WWE's special effects and lighting to give the bit authenticity. We're currently in the middle of what is probably going to be 'Taker's final run with the company, unfortunately, but this sort of nostalgia-fuelled appearance ensures that he will ride off into the sunset with the level of respect and recognition he deserves.
