6. Lana
Truth be told, when 2014 became 2015 many tipped Lana to top such a list when it moved on to 2016. She was gaining popularity despite her heel positioning as Rusev's manager, and rumours of a massive push were developing from whispers to screams. What came next was, well, a little underwhelming. As mentioned with Summer Rae, Lana was bogged down in a terrible story with Rusev, Dolph and Summer that helped nobody, and was brought an end first by injury, secondly by Lana's real life engagement to Rusev. The two are back together on TV now, and once again the future seems bright. Once again it would seem Lana is being set up for big things, and despite a less than stellar year she remains atop many divas lists.
