10 Best WWE Easter Eggs In WrestleMania's Firefly Fun House Match
2. WCW Monday Nitro
Once again leaning into those John Cena/Hulk Hogan comparisons, the Firefly Fun House match takes us back to the Monday Night Wars and an episode of WCW Nitro (dubbed NWO Nitro here). This time imitating Eric Bischoff, Wyatt cuts a promo he delivered during the December 22nd, 1997 show.
The original promo ended with Bischoff introducing Hollywood Hulk Hogan, but this time it's Cena who makes his way to the ring in full NWO gear and holding the NWO-ised version of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship while imitating the WWE Hall of Famer. Cena even "Too Sweets" Wyatt when he steps into the ring which made for unique viewing!
However, the most hilarious references comes our way when the demonic Vince McMahon puppet looks at Cena's imitation and says, "This is such good sh*t!"
After leaving WWE, Jon Moxley (Dean Ambrose) spoke to Chris Jericho about McMahon wanting him to refer to a "pooper scooper" during a promo, and the Chairman's response to it initially being, "Ah, that's such good sh*t!" This could have been done in an effort to get the IWC talking or a way of poking fun at Moxley, but it was definitely unexpected.
