10 Best WWE Entrance Music Changes

3. Randy Orton

The "Burn in My Light" track used by Randy Orton between 2004 and 2008 was far too upbeat for a man who had taken to punting his opponents (and Vince McMahon) in their heads for, err, kicks.

In fact, it was arguably too upbeat for any heel; that's why it was perhaps a mistake for WWE to carry on using the theme - which originally became Orton's walk-out music after his split with Evolution and subsequent face turn - even after he transitioned back into a sadistic bad guy.

The "Voices" track suits Orton down to the ground, partly because you can almost believe it's actually the Viper himself singing the lyrics, but mainly because his character is one of the most unhinged and unpredictable in WWE history. Were he real, he'd almost certainly be under 24-hour care.

It also has the advantage of being in equal parts suitable for heel and face Orton, since wrestling fans love nothing more than someone who is inexorably drawn to commit acts of violence by forces they don't fully understand. See also: Mankind, Undertaker, Kane.
