The first ever four-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, Razor Ramon, really made the title mean something and when Razor held the title, he carried it with such pride.

Between Razor, Shawn Michaels and Diesel, the Intercontinental Championship was property of The Kliq for over 2 years.

Coincidentally, Razor's legendary battles with The Heartbreak Kid helped elevate the title in the mid-90s by showcasing one of the greatest matches in WrestleMania history, the WrestleMania X Ladder Match.

This contest showed what the title meant to both competitors and even resulted in a sequel some 17 months later at SummerSlam '95.

Throughout his WWE career, Razor was one of the few superstars to not be hurt by losing the IC title. In fact, Razor dropped the strap more than any superstar in WWE history at that point, including losses to Diesel, Jeff Jarrett, and Goldust.

In spite of these losses, Razor Ramon always remained near the top of the card.

His staying power, along with his multiple record-breaking accomplishments, help Razor Ramon crack the top 5 of greatest IC Champs of the 90s.
