If long-term implications were taken into account, Charlotte, Sasha Banks, and Becky Lynch’s debut would place far higher here. Their Raw introduction heralded the start of the Divas Revolution - the single most important movement in women’s wrestling history - and while their initial debut wasn’t quite as significant, it was still a great moment.

Nikki Bella was ruling the roost as WWE’s recording-breaking Divas Champion at the time, and her Team Bella (completed by his sister Brie, and Alicia Fox) were the dominant force. The trio were in the ring on a July 2015 episode of Raw, and Stephanie McMahon was on the microphone, calling for a “revolution” in the Divas division.

Becky Lynch was introduced first, followed shortly afterwards by Charlotte, then Sasha Banks. Three of NXT’s vaunted Four Horsewomen were in the ring, and they got a tremendous reception from the crowd. Naomi and Tamina soon joined the party, and when Team Bella tried to blow the new arrivals off, things didn’t go so well. A huge brawl broke out between the nine women, and Nikki’s squad had no choice but to flee up the ramp.

The initial follow-up was disappointing, and it took a full year for the Revolution to take flight, but the Horsewomen’s debut felt like the start of something big.
