9. Samoa Joe – Raw (9 April 2018)
On the Raw after 'Mania, Roman Reigns cut a promo in the ring. 'The Big Dog' complained about how Brock Lesnar - who was supposed to be heading back to UFC - had signed another contract with WWE. Reigns also vented about being kept in the dark over the fact that he'd be facing off against 'The Beast Incarnate' again, claiming he'd learned this information via the internet. The whole promo wasn't going down well with the audience, as it was clearly another attempt from the powers that be to make us feel sorry for 'The Big Dog'.
Things took a surprising turn when Samoa Joe's music hit, and the man himself made his way to the ring. Joe had been out of action after suffering a foot injury, so his return wasn't something we had been expecting. The audience went wild for him, and proceeded to chant his name. Joe made light of Reigns' predicament, saying exactly what the WWE universe was thinking, and his comments were well-received by the rapturous crowd. He promised to put Reigns to sleep, before exiting the arena.
