10 Best WWE Returns Of 2018 (So Far)
7. Drew McIntyre - Raw (16 April 2018)
During the April 16 instalment of Monday Night Raw, Doph Ziggler headed to the ring to cut a promo. However, he was interrupted by Titus Worldwide. Titus O'Neil sucked up to Ziggler, calling him a "multi-platform superstar", and claimed that Ziggler would be better off if he aligned himself with Titus Worldwide. Ziggler remained unimpressed, and told O'Neil that, before he had interrupted him, he was going to let the world know that he hadn't come back to Raw alone.
Drew McIntyre came out of nowhere, and attacked O'Neil and Apollo Crews. The crowd was very enthusiastic, cheering for McIntyre - in spite of his heel status. Much like Jeff Hardy's return, McIntyre's unannounced appearance was a bit of a shock for us all, especially because he'd been absent from WWE's main roster for four years. However, he had recently dominated on NXT, so it was only really a matter of time until he showed back up on WWE.
His return to Raw was the beginning of an exciting new chapter for McIntyre, and it hasn't disappointed us so far.
