10 Best WWE Returns Of 2019 (So Far)
2. The Undertaker - Raw (24 June 2019)
Not satisfied with surprising the WWE Universe once this year, The Undertaker made another unexpected return on Raw to aid Roman Reigns during a 2-on-1 assault from Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.
What made this one so special was just how unexpected it all was. There was no chatter, no rumours and no reason to believe that we'd see 'Taker for quite a long time after the Goldberg debacle, and yet there he was randomly making his presence felt in a feud that had nothing to do with him - and it was glorious.
Looking fantastic in the brief period that he unloaded his arsenal on the offending superstars, 'Taker's rescue mission has finally introduced him into a storyline that fans could get behind, allowing him to help Roman Reigns put an end to Shane McMahon's overplayed rise to the top while giving him a shot at redemption following Super ShowDown.
This was a great example of how to use The Undertaker in 2019 and, more than that, it was an amazing moment that genuinely caught us all by surprise - something that rarely happens these days. Goosebumps doesn't even begin to describe it.
