If Triple H ever gets inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame (which, all things considered, seems pretty likely), it should probably be Mick Foley doing the inducting.

Before The Game came up against Mrs Foley's Baby Boy, he was a promising talent of growing repute, to be sure. But, like Randy Orton a few years later, there were one or two lingering doubts stemming from the perception of him as a "company guy".

And just like Randy Orton, these doubts were emphatically laid to rest when he got in the ring with the man who will do literally anything to your body and his own in the name of entertaining the crowd. There was just no way that anyone could watch their Street Fight in 2000 without being in complete awe of the jaw-dropping levels of violence on display.

For the modern fan, who has come of age in an era when the WWE product is sanitised and bereft of Attitude Era edge, watching this must be an experience not dissimilar from watching the first-ever movie shot in colour at the beginning of the twentieth century.
