Not having the natural wrestling ability of his Evolution stablemates, Batista needed to rely on his size, his power, and his opponent to have engaging matches. While Batista did have some cracking contests throughout his runs in WWE, he was very hit and miss.

The Undertaker had been The Deadman again for two years by this point, had leaned up and was in the best shape of his life. However, just a year before, 'Taker had been pitted against Mark Henry and proved that even in his physical peak, he couldn’t work miracles.

For some reason though, whether it was chemistry, the aura of WrestleMania, or just a simple alignment of the stars, these two had one of the finest main events in ‘Mania history. Sometimes things just click, and when they do, you get exceptional storytelling like you did in this match.
