Both WWE and WCW were no strangers to using stock music for wrestlers' theme songs. However, no stock track has become more popular in the world of professional wrestling than Rap Sheet.

Written by Rene De Wael and Didier Leglise, the track was adopted by Harlem Heat, the brother pairing of Stevie Ray and Booker T, in 1993.

Surprisingly, the theme song stuck with Booker T when he made his transition into singles action in 1997. Even more shockingly, WWE decided to keep the track for Booker upon his debut in 2001 and only bought the exclusive rights to it years into his WWE tenure.

The original track was edited for release on the WWE Originals album in 2004, most notably featuring Booker T's vocals dubbed in over the top. However, the tune itself remains in tact and is still used sporadically for the Five-Time Champ's WWE programming appearances.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
