10 Best WWE Wrestler Win/Loss Records Of 2016
9. Big E (W31 - L18 - D0)
The New Day had a fantastic year. They might have lost their Raw Tag Team Championships at the tail end of 2016, but their 483 days as champions will likely stand the test of time. Their names are in the history books, and there's a decent chance they'll stay there forever.
The New Day's reign was defined by their utilisation of the "Freebird Rule," which allowed any combination of the group's three members to defend the straps at any given time. The trio regularly flipped between Big E, Xavier Woods, and Kofi Kingston, but looking at the raw numbers clearly identifies E as their biggest asset.
Most of Big E's wins and losses came in tag matches, and he had a highly successful 2016. With a winning % of 63%, Big E was one of the year's most effective wrestlers, and The New Day wouldn't have come close to breaking Demolition's record without him.
For comparison, Kofi Kingston weighed-in with a win % of 51%, and Xavier Woods lags behind with just 48%. Big E might not wrestle for the group every time they're called into action, but he probably should: the gyrating powerhouse is comfortably their biggest threat between the ropes.
