10 Best WWE Wrestlers Of 2017 Based On Aggregate WON Star Ratings
8. Akira Tozawa (14.5)
205 Live favourite Akira Tozawa had little to show for his first few months of the year, but a protracted Cruiserweight Title tussle alongside former Dragon Gate sparring partner Neville saw his total shoot up over the summer.
The man they call "The Stamina Monster" shared three matches of three and a quarter, three and a half, and latterly three and three-quarter stars at Great Balls of Fire, SummerSlam, and on an episode of 205 Live (tellingly, each of them getting better with time).
But his highest rated match came against Brian Kendrick under hardcore rules back in May - a little known gem that a great many WWE fans, being (quite understandably) unable to stomach a full show of afterthought cruiserweights, would probably have missed.
