10 Best WWE Wrestlers Of 2017 (So Far)

2. Cesaro/Sheamus

Who could have imagined, when Mick Foley crudely pushed both men together last Summer, that Cesaro and Sheamus would still be teaming in mid-2017?

That wouldn't be the case had they failed to gel as a unit, but the pair complement one another incredibly well. Therefore, it's hard to split them and say one is better than the other.

Starting out the year as Raw Tag Team Champs, Cesaro and Sheamus were up-ended by Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson at Royal Rumble. Afterwards, it seemed they'd be split, but there's something so smooth about their chemistry. WWE made the right call by keeping the team together and putting the belts back on them at Extreme Rules.

Cesaro and Sheamus had seemed to be supporting players during the return of The Hardy Boyz, but they're worth more than that. If 2016's forced union was an experiment, it's been a successful one. 2017 has shown that, because the team are one of WWE's best.

The duo feel like a real tag team now, rather than just 2 guys shoved together for the hell of it. They're responsible for that, because the truth is they were only teamed because creative appeared to have nothing else for them individually.
