Current Finisher: Full Nelson Slam

Eric Rowan’s singles push amounted to a whole lot of nothing. Thankfully, WWE rectified their mistake and put Rowan back together with Luke Harper, and the duo are going to be a part of WWE’s tag team division going forward. They have even adopted a new tag team finisher called ‘The Way’ (the 3D), which is an awesome, established finisher.

But if Rowan ever finds him in singles competition again, and cannot rely on his partner for help, he needs a new finisher that demonstrates that he can hold his own. Rowan did use the Full Nelson Slam for a while, but it rarely got any reaction from the audience, which is why he needs something that looks more devastating.

Suggested New Finisher: ‘Muso’ Waist-Lift Side Slam

Rowan actually used this move sparingly in 2014, but for some reason, WWE decided to have him use the Full Nelson Slam instead. That was a bad decision, as Damien Sandow already used it. The ‘Muso’ is the better choice because it looks more devastating, and because he grabs his opponent from the waist, it looks like he’s in full control when delivering this powerful-looking move.

Rowan needs to re-establish his credibility much more than Harper does, and one of the best ways of doing that it creating the impression that you’re completely manhandling your opponent. That is what this move does.
