Bret Hart is one of the few names on this list who have publicly stated they did have an invite extended to them for an appearance at Raw 25. He posted an Instagram message apologising for his absence and said, "I wish I was able to make it." The star was reportedly back home in Calgary meeting a specialist about hand surgery.

Hart was a glaring omission from Raw 25. The 'Excellence of Execution' is one of the most memorable and recognisable figures in wrestling history. Indeed, Hart was the WWF Champion when Raw first got started in 1993, in a reign that would last until Yokozuna beat him in the main event of WrestleMania that year.

It was therefore a surprise not to see him joining in the festivities at Raw 25. It's likely the company had plans for Hart if he had been able to attend and there's no doubt that the absence of 'The Best There Is, The Best There Was and The Best There Ever Will Be' was felt at Raw 25.
