10 Biggest Beneficaries Of WWE Talking Smack

8. Kevin Owens

Once The Miz was sent to Raw in April's Superstar Shake-up, there was a major void left on Talking Smack. It wasn't long before it was filled, however, by Kevin Owens. Similar to Miz, Owens is a tremendously talented talker and plays off other people, especially Renee Young. Those two Canada natives have history from Young's time as an interviewer years ago with Owens always brushing her off and insulting her.

Needless to say, that bad blood between them makes for entertaining television. As good as his Talking Smack debut was on 11 April he was even better on the 27 June episode when he complained about AJ Styles and Chad Gable receiving another opportunity at his United States Championship. Daniel Bryan responded by saying SmackDown was the land of "repeat" opportunities. You can't script this stuff.

At any rate, Owens' handful of appearances on Talking Smack helped with his "New Face of America" shtick he had going during his reigns as United States champion as well as brought out his incredible sense of humor.
